Comments: We are very pleased with the project results (logo and favicon), and are using then on our site, with a bit our own post project tweaking. The only negative was that communication was sometimes less than perfect, though voice contact via Skype helped.

 » gato's reply: We always try to reach to an agreement when client doesn't want to continue with a project, we provided first stage of the project, but client didn't want to give feedback about what we did, he only said it is incomplete, instead of giving constructive feedback to continue, we wanted to know if the direction we took in design for his blog was the correct one, but he decided to start a dispute without even contacting us.

Incomplete Report: Kept me waiting for 2 weeks to provide two really horrible jpegs that had nothing to do with whas I asked. Such a shame Gato and his crew used to be good but not anymore (or may be they have too much work to take good care of all the projects)
 » gato's reply: We provided different concepts based on what the client asked, then he asked for changes, we did those as requested again based on his samples and feedback, then he sent very rude and arrasing comments about design, so we decided to cancel escrow. The design was for a community like facebook or twitter (very simple and clean interface) but for hiking and sports related . Comments: The project was accepted on 08/11 and completed on 08/19. The work was excellent, just what we wanted. Very subtle artistic changes made a huge difference when dealing with 2 foot by 3 foot images. The timeline however was slipped several times with long periods of silence from the provider. We ended up paying 4 times as much in shipping charges in order to make the show. I would use this provider again if the schedule allows it.
