Incomplete Report:
Project is hopelessly behind, it was supposed to have been finished by June 1st as per the project specs which the provider agreed upon. As of July 10th it is still nowhere near complete, and provider doesn't seem to be working very hard on the project. We have already paid him $1400 (half of the project budget which was $2800) for the work performed so far. The other half is supposed to be paid upon project completion. But he is asking for more money already, even though the project is 40 days late and nowhere near complete.
We'd hate to abandon this project after putting so much time and money into it, but we have discussed it for the past 7 days, and today (July 17th) came to the conclusion that this provider will probably never get it done and we need to start over from scratch with someone else.

Excellent work as always - fast and accurate, with technical analysis to ensure that it not only looks like the mock-ups, but works too! Helped solve many small problems with the job

Gabriel provided excellent service, and is incredibly fast with his work! Happy to make changes until the client is happy. Don't accept his bids on your job, because I want him all to myself! LOL
Incomplete Report:
This programmer was unable to program this type of CRM described in the project specs.
» EfficientDev's reply: I've respectfully asked the buyer from the very beginning to put in escrow -- if not all at least part of -- the money that we both agreed I'll do the job for. The buyer didn't do so although I did start to work on the project. A few days later, again, I've asked the buyer to put the money -- this time the whole amount -- in escrow at GAF. At this time I did remind him that I've stopped working on the project and I won't continue until I don't see the money in escrow. No answer from buyer. About one week later, I've contacted the buyer again to see what's going on. Again, no answer. After the buyer didn't contact me for more than three weeks he showed up and wrote the comment above. I'll let you draw the conclusion.

Good Work. Gabriel worked fast and efficient. We kept in touch the whole time and we discussed how to make the site even better. Recommended for everyone.
