Comments: This freelancer was in constant communication until I awarded him with the project. After the project instructions and files were given, he disappeared for over 4 days. No emails, no MSN communication. This project was a high priority. After all that time, I then get an email stating that he needs 10 more days since he does not have time for this project anymore. That means he needs 14 days total to get a design ALREADY created in Photoshop by me into FLASH! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - Buyers Beware of this freelancer. What a waste of time!
