Incomplete Report: KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER! I paid 25% of project fee via paypal and have received nothing! Terry comes across as very professional, but I think he is just a professional scammer. Haven't heard anything from him in 3 weeks. Don't make my mistake!
 » WebEditor's reply: This client paid a retainer. Was delivered work product and refused to give any feedback but this is a joke etc. I worked for two months building a db of 213 countries, all their states and cities. I built a wiki for each city and set up every other aspect of the site the client requested. Since I was given no guidance as to design - colors etc. I repeatedly requested that this be provided yet no guidance came. This client says he couldn't contact me for weeks but made no effort to do so. I am not a bad guy but I do not work for free. Seems like too many buyers on GAF want everything for free. Guys like this are why I require a retainer. I can't afford to work for months and then have it all thrown out and not be paid. How would I live?

Incomplete Report: WARNING!!! Webeditor reviews on GAF are old and fake used to gain your trust. Only the small jobs are actually real to build a rating. Webeditor lured me in with false credentials, wanted payment through paypal not Gaf so I couldn't use feedback, and then he couldn't finish the project. He kept needing more money to finish up as he suckered me in, STOLE my project script from my server Cpanel and then disappeared. This is one serious scammer. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! He is a very smooth talker, and has an answer for everything except for why there isn't any progress. He will tell you that he is doing work on his private server.I fell for it. Please use caution. It was supposed to be a 3 day project and it is two months later and he doesn't even return emails. I hate leaving negative feedback, but I don't want anyone else to lose money. I have given him every opportunity to do the right thing. I am out $475 and a lot of private information.
 » WebEditor's reply: First of all, how could I steal his data? This was an empty site with only test users when I got to it. This guy tried to get me to fix a nulled script for him. I was already deep into the project before I realized this guy was stealing. So despite my better judgement, I finished the project and delivered the working script. Then he went in a broke it again and again. I had to draw the line after several repeated repairs. He paid more to have it fixed after that. Then he kept breaking it and expecting me to fix it for free. I refused and he left this wonderful report. I did the work I was paid to do. Why else would he have paid me? If anyone is interested I have copies of the email he sent saying he was satisfied with my work and happy to pay.
