Incomplete Report: Provider failed to deliver all the work on time. What she did deliver by the agreed deadline had spelling mistakes, poor grammar and poor keyword density. In one article, our domain name was spelt incorrectly three times, with three different misspellings! These articles were supposed to be SEO optimsed and in one article, the same keyword was used in three short consecutive paragraphs. Provider claimed that "problems with Gmail" were the cause of the delay and she admitted that..."And yes you are right I did error (sic))in rushing the job, however I explained the circumstances.". The circimstances she refers to are the problems with her Gmail. The day after the project was due for delivery, she has now offered this as an excuse.. "some of the writers suffering disasters in their country". This is the first time we have been told this. Even so this could account for a delay but not for the poor quality.
 » saima3005's reply: I advised this buyer that I was running into difficulty (with both gmail and gaf) however he still insisted that I push for the deadline. As a result he received work that had not gone through the proper proofreading process. Had I done so then inferior work would not have been submitted and my work integrity would have been held in tact. In addition to this I was having difficulties without account at gaf which was leading to incomplete reports because I was not able to respond due to a suspended membership. This has since been straightened. Fortunately most of my clients were totally understanding of the circumstances I was in, except this client. This client sent meemails telling that he was tired of gaf "tire kickers", yet I pointed out that he obviously likes the price he pays as he continues to hire them.

Comments: Saima performed slightly lower than I expected. The original bid showed an expected delivery in 5 days and the first communication I received was on the 5th day, the project took 9 days and communication was very shoddy throughout. I requested articles written in English and it is obvious they were not written by a native English speaker. Although they were well researched and give me a good baseline, I will have to review/revise them myself to ensure proper grammar throughout. My lower rating is based soley on lack of communication, I can understand delays, I knew going in that I was hiring a provider who's work I'd need to edit some, however receiving a "this is taking longer than expected" message seven days into a five day project (and only after I queried) is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Comments: The positives are this provider did a good standard of work for a very good price however the reason for the lower mark is because the project was late, now this in its self was not a problem but the fact I only had a response when I pmed, it turns out the provider had some issues, which i am willing to allow for, after all we all come up against stuff, but some earlier communication from the provider to me earlier would have been more professional. My guess is, it was a combination of personal issues and taking on too much work, which if this was the case I would have preferred to know in advance. normally without these issues i would have given a 10 0r 9. And yes i would use this provider again, but be very clear on the deadline for the project.
