Incomplete Report: In the beginning it was alright, they asked the right questions about the project, I gave them the correct information. On one of the last PM's I gave them more information. Seven days passed and no word from them. I asked them how the progress is coming and then they tell me they cant do it. VERY unprofessional time frame. They couldn't contact me sooner? I had to ask them. That same day I tell them thats fine just give me the research they made, They cant even do that.
 » ancosys's reply: This is the limit with this guy. From the very beginning I don't really get a clue of what this guy is trying to do. His details of the GAF project sheet is not complete. He said he has attached the files but those files were never there. (Any one can see that even now). All he provided me was some data files and he wanted me to reverse engineer them. I didn't bid for that and I asked him to provide me more information. Only then he gave me more information about the project after wasting so much of my time. The new information that he provided me was not enough as well it only detracted me further. I didn't charge him a single penny and worked for 4 days without a clue of what he wants. I didn't even ask him to do an escrow. Yea that was my mistake. I told him timely that this can't be done with out taking any money even then he wanted me to give him a report of what i wasn't able to do this is a bit to much to ask for free right? After all he didn't pay me anything at all
