 » primasoft's reply: This man is really a con artist !!! He is a new form of imperialism, who did anything he want to the other without thinking other's feeling. A very selfish buyer. He said that he will send me the file as a platform of our project. And after more than 2 weeks and 5 unanswered letter, instead of cancel the project, he reported my project as incomplete project.
