Comments: Provided escrow at the beginning of the project. Very clear requirements outline. Good communication. This project did not go as planned. Due to limitations on the Client side, the completed code could not be implemented. I released the escrow of my own accord after failing to provide a solution that would work with the ease required. I would recommend this buyer.
