Comments: I only asked for a new logo for my video blog but when i got my final work then i was impressed, it was great logo much better then I expected. They took my initial instructions very well. Comments: Agreed to pay $1500 after explaining full scope of the project on PM, to include mobile compatibility of website. Main website incomplete. Cannot accept payments or subscriptions because Paypal API and cart not set up correctly. Mobile compatibility not done. Auto responders don't work for sign up. WEBEXPERTZ will execute small PHP and AJAX jobs, but they cannot do database intensive websites. Logo not delivered. See WEBREVS (Restaurant Directory) review 1/10 on 7-23-2006 below - this website was very similar! I have to pay for a new project from scratch because NO ONE will work with their code! See my latest job post to see all that was incomplete. Other than than that, they will use the language barrier to their advantage, and deliver what is convenient to them on projects, because of lack of technical know how. DO NOT BUY NICHE LISTING AND DATABASE WEBSITES FROM WEBEXPERTZ.

If you see the specs on project page & check website then you will feel how much difference is there, [removed by site administrators] wants to get work from us as slave & started abusing me. When we handled project to him with source code then he hired another company & that company told him that code is very strong and they are impressed but i think that he is not satisfied from him too & project is still not launched, he is totally frustrated. Logo was not included in scope but we did it and finally we provided a caveman having cigar in front of fire. All work in 3D but what he asked 5 samples in 1 day, tell me how much time taking is 3D work. Whatever we did in $ 1500 is worth more then 3K USD, I am ready to verify my words & work at [removed by site administrators]. We use OOPs methodology for projects & we have successful client list and anyone can verify it. All type of experience are needed in life but such exploitation was not expected from [removed by site administrators].

Comments: Project had big delay (approx. 2 months). Employees regularly asked for advance money even if the payment time was already agreed at start. Finally, they angrily asked for the final payment which I sent them... even if the project (website) is still not functional and contain large number of bugs. However, the programmers did good PHP coding for what was done correctly. My guess is that they bidded on the project thinking they would be able to complete it easily and quickly... it seems that it was not the case. They did not follow the project description in detail and I ended up having a non completed website and having fully paid the provider.
 » webexpertz's reply: Project had delayed for 2 months that is right because if you change the project scope during project running stage then project time will be stretched, what we have promised we have delivered and mr. antoni has promised to pay extra for the new scope but he was not interested to pay that money, if you are not interested to pay for my work then how i can accept it.. I have asked money for my work and i dont think that is wrong for any programmer. My Project manager was in full touch with him to show him updates and get feedback if there was any bug or any issue then why he has not pointed, he was getting work in satisfactory manner and he paid according to milestones. You can check funsip.com, he was having problems with his host and we installed site 4 times on server, anyone can check and he will know truth. I don't know why antoni is blaming us now when during project he was praising us for work.

Comments: After careful consideration we appointed webexpertz to create our project. This was on May 7th, webexpertz quoted 30 days for completion of the project. Upon being awarded the project, webexpertz immediately requested half his fee which amounted to a payment of USD$450 upfront. Having read his reviews I assume he was a honourable individual. Specific guidelines were provided to webexpertz on the parameters of the project. Despite assurances that I would always be informed as to the progression of the project it quickly became apparent that I had to chase them. Many emails were sent and messages via Skype. Pradeep informed me that he had completed 50% of the project and wanted the rest of his money. What a joke! He had simply copied the graphics from another site and put a content manager admin section which had also been taken from another site (an adult one) I have learnt a lesson for others to follow:- Never pay money upfront.
