Comments: Excellent Design and Template work. Look forward to working with Noha in the future on future projects. I told them what I wanted in words and the projected this visually into an amazing graphically designed fresh website with flawless e-commerce intergration. Great work 100% happy and after sales support great too always answers my questions quickly. Project was completed quickly and met all my expectations.

Re-design OSC Store $ 250 in 10 days 01-29-2009 -
Incomplete Report: Paid her half the money to start the project. Quotes an ETA of 10 days; 45 days later and the project was still not complete. Did not respond to emails for days. I send her a list of issues that even the basic developer knows. She did not respond for 2 weeks. Only after changing my ftp password did she reply. Hired an OSC consultant to view the work needed to fix what she broke and get my site up and running. She totally reined the coding for my product info page. Tried to rewrite a portion OSC codes as a result I was unable to add any contributions to my site. As of 1/30 my site is being rebuilt from scratch to fix the damage she has done. DON’T LET HER TOUCH YOUR OSC STORE. SHE HAS NO OSC EXPERIENCE AT ALL
 » NadaSol's reply: It is very sad and unfortunate that I had to read your comment about my OSC services. But I understand how this could have happened for designers who take a job that's been incomplete tend to exaggerate about the "damages" the previous designer did to the website. If you were and OSC expert you would have understood that to make your store look "unique" you will have to manually edit ALOT of code in OSC. I take it the new designer is just going to use a "common look" so they make the minimum changes. The website was 95% ready as you stated yourself in our last emails, you are making a huge issue over a few color issues. The new designer prolly told you that the website is totally ruined. And you have posted in the OSC forum and I read the whole thread. Everyone agreed that the design was very nice and that albeit a few small changes it was "great". I am sorry things had to end like this and I wish you luck with your new exaggerating designer.
