Incomplete Report: COMPLETELY INCAPABLE!! Even after repeated explicit instructions, they continued to show their lack of knowledge and ability to complete the project. We tried endlessly to help them out even providing the template and extra code along the way at our own expense which instead of showing appreciation, he tried to charge extra to fix simple mistakes they had done repeatedly that did not match the description given. We turned to GAF for their help in the matter and opened a dispute that included full documentation and GAF found in our favor even after the provider gave GAF access to the site they built. That can show the quality of work this guy offers. If you need a simple homepage, this might be the guy, but if your site has any need for functionality, look somewhere else so you don’t get ripped off or stuck in a 30 day battle because this guy is trying to pilfer more money out of you claiming everything is an extra cost, even after the project was discussed in great detail. BE SMART!!
 » chitta's reply: I have never seen a buyer like this in my 3 years member ship with GAF. Really very very smart buyer and always tried to exploit the provider's skill. Showing small always ask big to get. I would request to all of the freelancer in GAF not to take any of the project from this buyer. If anybody intersted then please discuss everything about the project from starting and throughly one by one. Unless your project will not end. It will go long like in my case it happend. Really very very cheap buyer I have seen in GAF.

 » chitta's reply: It is not fare. Buyer does not have patient. In my bid I mentioned that it will take 2 days to complete then how come buyer expect the work in one day. Almost I completed the project and sent the file to the buyer. Buyer itself is a programmer and he did not know how to solve the problem for which he asked me to do that work. When I sent the file to him he got the idea how to do it and canceld the project leaving a bad feedback for me.

Communication was easy via Yahoo IM as he was online for 12 hours out of every day.
