Incomplete Report: Hi Devajas, It seems that you need pre-payment into escrow and from your previous feedbacks and time delays in completion of the projects, I will be very hesitant to do so. Please forgive me for making this decision. You might be good but I cannot wait 21 days and only to realize that everything is not what I expected/wanted. Do yourself a favor and do job first and request payment later. Build your feedback to a level where Buyers can trust you and only then, will they feel comfortable with Escrow payment. I know that you will say that the fees are held in Escrow and its safe but the HASSLE involved to return the amount out of escrow back to the Buyer is stressful. Good luck with your Company.

Incomplete Report: This is another episode where a "person" does NOT reaad the listing before bidding. They just go around and mass bid on items and it's against the terms of service. I made it CLEAR in my listing that I will not pay up front and the first message I get from these fools is "their process" of my sending them money. Eastern workers have proved themselves untrustworthy time and time again and I am tied of them wasting my time. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMER!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMER!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMER!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMER!!!

Incomplete Report: To me, this guy is a BIG BIG BIG liar and cheater. He put his bid for 10 days, but in one month, he still didn't finish it. The final script is a big junk. I gave him one PPM (camscripts.com) to start with, but finally he bited me back that I stole his PPM script. And he also took my first half payment $250. I am also from China. I know deeply about this person. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHEATER AND LIAR!!!!!!!!!! I will put the story on http://www.sousou.tv/cheater/ soon. Please read it before you choose him as your project winner.

Incomplete Report: devajas has no rating or feedback, but still I posted a project and allotted them for testing there skills. We mutually decided I will escrow on seeing the progress. Then as soon as the project was awarded, they asked for the escrow without showing any progress. They have not done any thing and asking for prepay. They have also not shown any previous project they have done. Buyer should be aware before awarding them project.
 » devajas's reply: I have told that sm0701 that once giving the project,we both need obey GAF rules, just escrow money into GAF(not release to me),but it's funny that sm0701 think that will lead to release to me.so he refused to escrow any fund into GAF.and I think that's acceptable to begin a project but without any escrow.so I refuse to startup the project. sm0701 obviously don't know the rules well of GAF community.He need to know that Escrow just respects provider's effort.we can do project,but we cannot do project without any escrow guarantee. thanks devajas
