 » cscantoria's reply: It's unfair to classify the rating as Incomplete because it leaves the impression that I was at fault. Project buyer simply made some comments about my articles which I would have been willing to adjust according to his style, but he simply decided not to use my services for the project.

 » cscantoria's reply: This project buyer accepted my bid for the projected to be completed within 2 days. However upon my acceptance and our exchange of conversation, this buyer demanded that the project be completed in two hours, which I refused to do so because it was unreasonable and not what was agreed upon. In fact I even warned the buyer for posting a misleading advertisement.
