Incomplete Report: Minhazminu has first complained of 10 hours of internet loss. Next we talk on Yahoo messenger for 30 seconds, and he leaves before I can finish describing project in more detail. He then will not respond to private messages or Yahoo messenger. This project was supposed to be completed as soon as possible which he quoted it would be done shortly. He has not done his job and this project was a failure.

Incomplete Report: We both agree that he do it for free and i will give him a gift after completed. I ask to restore my backup files with ERROR FREE and he say he always ready to help me fix the problem of my web site without losing a single data, so i award the bid to him. He say he has completed which i only see the same error at my site. Then he say my hosting is infected with virus he need to charge $30/hr for 5 hrs to solve this problem and restore my site with error free. However i have check with my hosting vendor that it is not necessary at all! I told him i will not want to add on the service but he keep threatening me that if i do not use his service, he will take ownership of my website!! And INDEED he change my password for my website. How can we work with such a inethical person and cant deliver his promise at all.

Incomplete Report: minhazminu lost communication with me, never showed any progress even though he mentioned it was 80% complete. Lack of communication causes potential customer dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this provider.
 » minhazminu's reply: Due to robbery in my house I lost all my accessories as well as my laptop.In my laptop I stored all the important data for his project.As the lappy is lost I missed both the essential backup of the buyer and me.For this accident I had to file a case to local police station and I had keep myself with the police authority to recover my goods.Really this incident made crazy and I lost communication with the buyer.I tried to communicate with the buyer from police station there.When I got reach to the inbox he mailed me 6 email; in his 5 th email he gave me 12 hrs time to provide the complete job and 6 th that is last email before end of the 12 hrs he brutally write the bad feedback to me.I tried my best made him understand about the accident.He didn't care me.For his brainless remark I have face some rude question from the buyer.I hope I shall get rid soon from the bad phenomenon.Thanks all to keep relation with me.
