Comments: She, Mrs. Yuliya Pavlichenko, cheated on us. She has never sent update of the work and demo at all. All she did was to send a screenshot of the firt page (home page) of the web design even tough I asked her to send her status of the work many times after I sent first payment for first phase about two months ago. Every time I asked her to sent the status of the project, she said that she would send it soon but she didn't. So I asked her for cancellation, she did not answer at all and she did not pay the payment back. She is not in San Diego. She is in Ukraine. Her home page:http://www.yuliya.pavlichenko.com/
