Incomplete Report: We received several versions of the deliverable from this provider, but we terminated this project because none of the deliverables we tested met the requirements by the deadline. If we had been willing to extend the deadline, we suspect this provider might have submitted a deliverable that met the requirements. But we did not choose to extend the deadline.
