Incomplete Report: I have provided confidential information on my application to Nichal and Brain Digit Web. I gave them 3 opportunities to back out in the 1st weeks of winning this bid if they did not feel they could deliver but they assured me they were working on this project and now 2 months in they have backed out for personal reasons. Even as they have backed out of my project I see that they have bid for and won some projects this week. The reason given for canceling was that the project manager is relocating. I thought they had a team capable of handling this project They kept taking information from me assuring me they were making progress. This has been a violation of trust and waste of my time. Beware! Shortly after project started there were delays in communication. I asked if they would finish project and to show me completed work for weeks and they provided very little communication. They have provided a template jpeg for my application website this is the only work I have been shown.

Their design talents and ASP.NET/database skills are strong, and they were great at clarifying requirements and fixing any code issues promptly. We will definitely work with Brain Digit again in the near future.
