Incomplete Report: service provider dropped project in the middle of work. He is not responding for any emails or phone calls (I was trying to contact him by last 5 days without any result). he demand a prepayment and even after receiving money he did not start working to finish, project. He is using GAF to post bids as a service provider but in reality he is using GAF to cheat people and to wheedle their money. Not mentioned that you will not get your project finished and you will loose valuable time. I was giving him so many new deadlines and none of them he meet until finally he stop responding for any emails and phone calls. I don't understand his behavior but you can be sure that each time he will give you incredible explanations just to gain your trust and time. I hate to post a bad opinions and always trying to give a second and sometimes a third chance but in his case is not working. So if somebody will choose him as a service provider (especially after this review) then well good luck!

Comments: Great work - Thank you. Soooooo patient with me on a task that seemed to expand as we went along. Very capable and understanding teacher and amazing all-round programming skills. Aside from completing my task - I really appreciate the sentiment with which the work was carried out - (even when we found ourselves outside the scope of the brief). Showed genuine concern for me and my tasks and I feel 200% happy with the outcome. I recommend Shailaza to anyone wanting a professional coder with excellent communication. Thanks again.

Incomplete Report: This project is still not completed and what has been done is not working to our specifications, it has cost our company thousands of dollars, communication has been extremely differcult, we gave this programmer a second chance as he did not even start until well after the project was meant to be finished and now over a month later it is still not completed yet other programmers have made entire sites with working functions, we are very disappointed as we have waited and waited and all me are left with is a function that does not perform and that was only 50% of the posted and accepted project
