Comments: This project demonstrated yet another huge value that Nick brings with him. The 3D piece was working nicely but some of the text was rendering with slight pixelation. Comments: Nick proved able to work under extreme pressure on this application which had a deadline which would have sent most developers either into tears or giggling off toward the nearest tavern. Nick plowed steadily through the complicated code, writing a custom flash video player into the bargain, and finishing with time to spare. Just a little time to spare, but enough to make everyone happy. Again!

Comments: This was such a huge amazing project, and so complicated and with so many different pieces that had to come together seamlessly: two beautiful applications for an enormous wall-sized HP touchscreen in the lobby of a corporate headquarters. Both applications had to furthermore work as internet applications on standard desktop computers. PLUS a sync app for the CDN delivery AND a sync app to keep the wall local content and assets up-to-date with the remote content and assets. There were a lot of personalities involved, a lot of stress and tight deadlines; Nick pulled it all off with his usual calm, steady, precise expertise.

Comments: As always, just a tremendous, tremendous job. One thing that is extremely valuable about Nick is his attention to the WHOLE arc of the project. Comments: Nick is a flash wizard! I got off on the wrong foot with this project, mistakenly using another programmer who I thought could do the job (since Nick was currently booked). At the 11th hour (after nearly 10 days of back and forth) I realized that the other programmer would not deliver a polished piece. I went back to Nick and told him I was in trouble; he rearranged his schedule to meet my deadline and delivered the pitch-perfect product in TWO DAYS, coming in under deadline and making me look really good to the client. Comments: Nick was an UNBELIEVABLY good provider. He is an expert in his field and incredibly talented at flash programming. He immediately understood what I wanted and what I was looking for and he was able to perfectly execute the project. Additionally, he made valuable suggestions along the way, and even added some additional, valuable features without even being asked and without increasing the scope of the project. I had the feeling that he really cared about doing it right and that he was very engaged every step of the way. Nick is also a great communicator - very intelligent, patient and attentive, and he's always available by phone which is a HUGE benefit when outsourcing.
