Comments: Easily one of the best I've worked with. Lex is very interactive in his approach. He started with a demo of his ability to do the project, and then sent me several drafts to see if he was hitting the mark. Intelligent, and a great sense of humor as well. Also is working at 5am eastern, so you can work on your projects with him before starting your day job.
