Comments: He has been very professional throughout this project. He has been following up on every detail of this project until its closure and even now has been doing excellent support when needed. As promised the project was delivered on time and to perfection. He even tested the deliverable, unlike most others who said it cannot be tested unless they have the FTP details. I can guaranty he bids on efforts that he can complete to perfection and I recommend any buyer to blindly go for him in case he bids on your project.

This was no fault of the provider (HeoQue) and was totally our fault as we had under estimated the work which was required. Comments: Byers be aware! Amr was the worst provider I ever experienced. The project was for 3 days and he failed to complete it in two and half months. He argued that the project was more difficult than he thought. When the dispute started and I asked him to get a refund, he blackmailed and threatened me. He came on briefly on MSN and requested me to avoid him and stated that he knew my sensitive data. I captured a screenshot of the brief conversation here. www.bioprovider.com/amr.gif. In this business it is very important to have mutual trust between provider and buyer. No matter what kind of dispute might arise between them, the buyer should not have to worry their confidential info being used illegally. In this case he kept confidential info and intended to use it.
