Incomplete Report: To start off with Jigzy was very helpful and the communication between us both was great. Then I did not hear back from him for about 3 days. He then sent me an email saying that he went away for a couple of days. Anyway even though i lost much time and my client was getting frustrated we managed to get back on track. Jigzy told me that eveything was now sorted and it would take a few hours or days for the server to update and change its location. Its been about a month now and still no success. When you go to the website it says that there is a database error. Its clear that Jigzy has not done his job and he does not reply to my emails. Even untill today I still email him but it looks as if i have wasted my money. My client has also retracted from the site so I have lost out on a sale also. Thanks alot Jigzy!! you could have at the least contacted me.

Incomplete Report: I contracted Saad to convert 3 psd to html including php include folder and styles to be completely in CSS. I was very clear in the job description as well as confirming details in emails PM before I chose Saad. He said would be done in 3 days, it’s been 2 months. It became clear after a few days, he didn't understand CSS and using php includes. I was in a rush to complete one site, so I just did it myself... I gave him a second chance, advised him to use the site I'd done as an example and guide of exactly how I wanted the other 2 coded. 2 sites remain, and today I will finish them because I simply can’t wait for Saad to do it. Tidying this up will basically take as long as it would if I’d done these jobs myself from scratch – which i’d wish I’d done. Saad has said he can do this job, even though he didn’t understand what the requirements were. Simple as that really.

 » jigzyy's reply: Waited atleast one month for his reply email, finally I created a dispute and it was automatically resolved after 7 days of no-response. He was good at the beginning and then he left for no reason.
