Excellent provider, really knows his stuff, and the stuff he doesn't know, he is willing to learn.
Also thumbs up to the good communication, during the day you more or less have an instant messenger type conversation but through email.
As far as quality of code, writes really clean code that you won't need to get fixed a week after its submitted. Also unlike others, he stands behind his code, so he offers free bug fixes for life.
As far as design has no problem working with your design. And is capable of seeing design problems in advance. i.e. he gave me a suggestion 2 weeks in advance which I decided against, and then 2 weeks later I changed my mind because his version was indeed better.
Since nobody will take a review seriously that's all positive, I'll add a negative. If you have a big project, chances are it'll take more time than quoted. But you'll get that with any freelancer so don't really worry about that.
So conclusion worth every penny.
