| Comments: David delayed this project unnecessarily, by contradicting requests, and by claiming to have found "bugs" that did not exist, e.g. that a page reloaded, but there was no meta-refresh in the code. Before delivery of the files I had to remind him to escrow the funds, which he had promised to do on the first day. After this reminder, he wrote to GAF claiming that I demanded payment before delivery. I could go on with a long list of examples, but I will save my and your time. I expect that every coder would face similar situations working with him: if you don't care, go ahead, and good luck! Otherwise, be ready that he'll try to outsmart you.
In the end, I got the escrow released, but not "as soon as he received the files," which e promised, but 30+ hours later. Only because I received the escrow, my rating is better than "1 - Very Poor."
