Incomplete Report: Tired of waiting for at least anything I decided to report incomplete project. If I say that I'm very disappointed with webtrax services I will say nothing. Quick response with no answers to my questions, work delay even after shifting agreed time line and silence after showing a buggy demo. This is worst experience on freelance for me. Khaled, I hope you will read this feedback and will think about the way you treat your clients. Fired.

Incomplete Report: A big waste of time! I should have been warned by the fact that the company website was full of dead links but he convinced me it was a temporary thing and unfortunatly I bought into his smoothtalk. He promised the project in 7 days and 20 days later I've only seen a partially working template which I've not even been given a back-end access to. The template was only a fraction of the project and I simply don't trust him to finish this. After he showed me the template 2 days ago I have not been able to reach him, despite claiming he would finish the job in no time after the design was over. He was given repeated chances to redeem himself (almost 2 weeks) despite constantly breaking deadlines. I offered escrow from day one but luckily he didn't answer that mail, rather than many others of my mails.

Comments: A great team to work with! Delivery was before time. They really understand the meaning of Service being part of the service industry. Have given good support even after the project was delivered and paid for. Will certainly work with them again.
