Incomplete Report: A complete waste of my time, didn't follow the brief at all. Downloaded a free plugin from a website (which was of no use to me) and tried to pass it off as his own work!
 » nic007rvs's reply: this buyer not worth to use GAF, dont know how to deal with project, im asking him for his website login details, for adding his paypal code, but he is not giving me his site access. then he ask me for any plugin , i gave him paypal plugin but even he dont know how to configure plugin and also not even allow me to configure it. and before let me comlpete project he just report GAF with in 1hrs and i think GAF should provide protection to provider also, if a buyer dont want to give a provider complete resource to complete project then why there is incomplete project post on Provider`s profile. Since we all here in working and s buyer like him , those either allow to work or not listen provider then there should be option for Provider protection also from incomplete projects

Incomplete Report: this project was never started. There was no preliminary designs provided, but lots of excuses. In the end the project had to be taken back, despite multiple chances to deliver what was discussed.
