Comments: Highly recommended. Though the project was delayed considerably, I had no problems making a decision when Alex asked for more payment due to "unforseen" work he has done. Rates are reasonable based on the work and he was very helpful during the source of the project. Would seriously recommend Alex to anyone who needs a serious and dedicated programmer as long as it is in his area of work. A++++
