Comments: Communication was poor to begin with and the programmer took 3 days to resolve the project instead of the agreed 24hrs. The programmer also gave the work for someone else to do and had to wait for this person to be available before they could finish our project. On a positive note the work carried out in the end was of a high standard and obviously has some skill in actionscript, whether this person is pendave or his colleague we are unsure. If the communication was better and delivered the work in good time we would have given a 10.
