Incomplete Report: This coder said he was done with the project and asked that i release all money. I said I would release half if he would upload what he has done to the server. He said ok so i released half and he said he would upload when he had internet connection. He hasn't ever uploaded anything and has stolen the first half of the money that i put in escrow. His response when I told him I was taking the other half of escrow back and leaving bad feedback was that he didn't care because he was leaving GAF anyway.
