| » cswales's answer: I exceeded the requirements of the project and many additional items were completed for free.
The site was fully tested, but, after completion files were changed - the likely cause was the host having a failure and restoring an old incremental backup. The host denied this and I repaired the issue again only for the problem to re-occur.
Kim was excellent to work with but I don't agree with the 8 feedback.

Kept saying he was working on it when I asked. No communications unless I asked for updates. After 30 days, I've had it with this guy. Personal emergency or not, I just wanted to know when the work would be done and he kept saying tomorrow! Avoid this one!

| » cswales's answer: I hold my hands up and say I failed on this due to illness. I did explain to the client and advised the job could be fully completed if required. They decided to terminate the project.
This is a extremely rare due to the excellent service I provide to my clients. |
