 » AJCopywriting's reply: Most of the reason for the less than perfect score was due to several failures on the part of the buyer. First, she removed the links for which I was to write about even though she knew she had not received the finished drafts. She also did not specify which 17 links out of more than 20 were supposed to be targeted which caused several rewrites to be have to be made. She also did not label the links so they would match up with the names of the web sites which caused confusion because she could not figure out which autoresponder went with each link. The end result was an assignment that was made more difficult and time consuming than it had to be.

 » AJCopywriting's reply: I told the buyer before beginning the project that I would be going on vacation at the end of the month. I submitted the rough draft on time and waited several days for comments. I did not have time to make all of the changes before leaving and promised to make them as soon as I returned. As I told all of my clients during that time, I would be without reliable Internet access. He didn't want to wait for me to return before filing an incomplete report.

 » AJCopywriting's reply: I never received any messages from this buyer after he sent the initial materials. I sent the content as promised and as scheduled. A week later he opened this dispute. On that same day, I reposted the finished work here at GAF and asked for confirmation of receipt from the buyer. That was 72 hours ago and I have heard nothing from him. I'm not sure I'm the one people should be careful of working with.

As Gamit commented, we had worked together on several other projects with good results so it was unfortunate that a small problem caused this situation.
