One of the most difficult challenges in developing a successful online business is to find qualified IT professionals that can do what they say and meet deadlines. If you are fortunate to find such experts you end up paying quadruple standard rates. To our surprise we somehow found Mukharvind Software Systems Pvt. Ltd u: radhikafofalia. Not only did they exceed our expectations but they also added many extra features that we didn’t ask for, at no cost. They honored the original bid like gentleman. I am still so thankful that I have found not only programmers and designers that can understand and over deliver, but also do it all for a very reasonable price. I am currently reviewing another proposal from Mukharvind Software Systems Pvt. for my next project. Because of the budget savings from this project I am now able to start another one sooner than expected.

The quality of work is good, but be sure to PM him and confirm how much you have to pay and how long it will take before escrow, because timeline and price with bid is usually not accurate. This was not a problem for me, but could be a problem if you are on a tight budget or a tight timeline.

Comments: I found Radhika here at GAF after I placed the ad for a oneway link builder. Instead of hiring a link builder for a projeact i decided to hire her on a temporary basis for all my projects. It's been a few months (5 I think) and now she has provided me with two full time link builders and i will be getting a third. Every month i get a report showing me the placement of my links and I also get daily emails from the two link builder letting me know what work was performed for what sites. Not to say everything has been perfecly smooth. But with any problems that have come up, Radhika was right on top of it. Do I recommend Radhika, Yes I Do! She knows how to manage the full time link builders better than i could have ever done.
