 » ninepixel's reply: Project was delivered in time and accepted by the buyer. escrow payment was promised but that never happened and delivery time was 1 day so I was more concerned on getting the project done then arguing over payment. but alas it was of no use. He had the courage of reporting this as an incomplete project. wish he could some up courage to say that he cant Pay.
