Comments: After we started this project the CiaNZ account holder changed. As the new project owner has limited idea with web technology and limitations, he was unable to describe what he need. ie. they told me to import+export bank CSV without giving me any CSV sample!!! several times he sent mail that a feature is wrong. but he can't tell us, specifically what is the error. During the project, they did not come in messenger(we mailed them several times for this). And we didn't get a friendly behave from them. but prompt payment.
» CiaNZ's reply: Rubai miscalculated his technical ability to complete this project to the detailed specifications supplied at the very beginning. All bank CSV and Batch payment formats were supplied multiple times throughout the project but still he could not understand the requirements. I ensured prompt response and availability but their ability to follow very basic instructions was limited - we spent hours going through everything they done, only to find more errors, which when we would then instruct how to fix - they did not. The team have received the entire payment for the project but not completed a lot of the functionality in the initial scope and left the project high and dry. Overall very disappointing as we released payment in good faith and now they wont respond to resurrect the development and complete the job they were paid for. Very disappointing. We have sent multiple emails and nothing back.
