Incomplete Report: This provider failed to submit any deliverable whatsoever. Instead he submitted the following to me, "...I've bided 5 days - because it was your strict condition (100 USD + 5 days). This project needs some research - and this is what I'm doing atm. I'm sure (according to my experience) that I'm able to complete task, like I did with 1st one. If exactly 5 days is more important for you than solution - I think we have a misunderstanding. I'm traveling a lot because of my business - so have no possibility to work each day. This task is interesting to me because of technologies and not because of money. So, this is more hobby for me than money-making project. It is my very open position, and if you does not like what I said - just say "stop" - and I'll stop with no problems...”
