Comments: I have done a number of projects with Alex and have given him 10’s for these projects previously. With this project the major problem has been the delay. The project was meant to take 14 days and although there was a delay with my bank for about a month, the project ended up taking almost 4 months. The project consisted of 2 parts and one half of the project was not still not complete and therefore cancelled by me. Alex very kindly refunded the escrowed money for this half of the project. There are still a few things on the project that aren’t quite finished but Alex has promised to finish these for me. I did have to do a bit more with the project myself than expected. I will use Alex again for project but will make sure that I have a penalty clause for delays and a much more detailed description of the project so that there are no misunderstandings.
