Comments: Complete timewaster! Very nice guy to start with while work was being done and top communications. Extra work was done for this boy for 3 weeks running, stalled for 5 weeks when payment was asked for, client was satisfied through numerous emails which were sent backwards and forwards, eventually refused to pay! 2 months later still no payment and has kept $600 worth of design work. Do not trust this guy or any of his associated affiliates unless you want to get ripped off! Taking this through the courts was not financially viable, Tobie then changed his cell and contact information and disappeared off the face of the earth, website operations still being run. Thanks a lot buddy, I hope one day someone does the same to you.
