Comments: Although the beginning of the project was slow due to my difficult schedule and a website spec that was not completely understood, Cristian showed patience and persistence as we worked out a compromise between the specification outline and what his video system can do. The end result: my website has additional functionality not originally envisioned in the spec. and Cristian showed he can modify his video system for different types of clients and websites. Cristian stuck with the project until it was completed. Will look forward to working together in the future. Thanks Cristian.

Comments: Overall I am satisfied with the service given to me by the provider. The website was designed very well, and with all the functionality I needed. The tasks which I set were done quickly. Occasionally I found myself doing things which I would expect him to do as the developer of the site. But overall, happy with the service.
 » crirus's reply: Maybe it worth mention that things to do were rephrasing the site texts as per client desire, as well as finding various labels that client wanted to change using admin language manager. The idea is that client have the opportunity to put desired context at any time, but OK, upon request I can do that translation myself. :)

Incomplete Report: Crirus has not only failed some 40 days after the deadline, but also failed to provide a specific timeline for doing it in the future. His dependency on other programmers is likely his weak point, but I have never seen even a single page of his own work.
 » crirus's reply: Some money in escrow means something to most of us except Patrick. I was 90% done with the third party flash player (build by a different coder, flash) to be integrated with my Social Network application (I am php coder) that is highly rated here as one can easily see... therefore pretending my work was never demonstrated to client is a lie: I have over 15 links to demo with and it's my standard bid intro to post that.

Comments: Getting freelance work done can sometimes be very frustrating. You have only to take a look around GAF to find that many of the more ambitious projects never actually get finished. I've had experience with this, so I don't simply give the job to the bidder with the highest rep (often from dozens of sub-$100 jobs). It's important to find someone that's both capable and trustworthy if you have an important project in mind. Working with Crirus was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a programmer. I needed a heavily customized video sharing script, and he delivered it quickly and professionally. His communication was excellent, and he speaks better English than half the people I’ve worked with in California. If you have a complex, ambitious project, this is someone you can trust to see it through.
