Incomplete Report: This provider is highly deceptive! First he stated he started the project and required to be selected + escrow. This was done and then he admitted that he never read my project and never started anything. I was about to post this report but then he told me that he finally read the project and that he will deliver it today. I felt somehow sorry for him (BIG ERROR!) and decided to give him another chance. Yet he came back few hours later requesting me to raise the budget and also expand the delivery to several more days. Please DO believe both aspects mentioned by other buyers here: No Quality & Absolute Delay. I'll add "Cunning" to the list as this provider is highly deceptive, almost to a psychotic level. Be Warned!

Incomplete Report: Provider was selected because of the offered delivery period (within 3-5 days). Having strongly emphasized the need to meet the deadline, by day 6 he had only completed 50% of the project and said he would not be able to work it any further. Provider asked for the project to be cancelled and offered the source code as compensation. His level of written English is very low. Communication with this provider was hard, although he replied very quickly and was available for ongoing feedback and status report, also during weekend. Collaboration with this 30+ employees company could have continued if they knew how to deal properly with planning and management.
