Comments: Buyer requested several additions to the project that delayed the final date. Buyer also refused to release payment after files were copied to his server. I generally don't request extra money but do to the complexity of the additions I requested $50 extra. After several days of no response to my request for this extra payment I had to disable the script I wrote to get the buyers attention. Finally after about 5 weeks from the start of this project we got everything wrapped up. This is the first buyer I have ever given less than a 10 rating to.
 » Princejames1's reply: I paid up front and you tried to change my requirements and produced a system which initially did not fulfil every request we made on the initial specification. Poor programmer who needs to be more professional.
