Incomplete Report:
Service provider claimed he misunderstood the project and that I should have used the term "reload" instead of "reset".
Service provider then claimed that the flash movie was loading on each page even though in actual fact it loads into the cache of the browser and simply "resets" the timeline with each page.
Service provider showed serveral examples, leading me to question his action scripting abilities where I informed him if he could not do this project to please inform me as i was on a deadline.
Service provider then claimed the the project was incompletable. I offered to show him an example I made that was almost working. He instead refused. Telling me "not to bother".
Service provider failed to complete the project and informed me of his failure "after" my deadline and hinted that I was waisting his time.
» MuktoSoftware's reply: Buyer's course of action-
-The project as presented by him was to keep a flash navigation bar from resetting to a default state every time a visitor clicks a button on that bar.
-We delivered the work long before deadline.
-After the delivery, he told that he had actually wanted to keep the swf from reloading each time user visits a new page. Buyer himself agrees in his comment that he mentioned 'reset'. Any actionscript coder will agree that 'reset' and 'reload' are different things in flash and the buyer specifically asked for the 2nd, both in word and in detais.
-We told him that a swf must load from the server the first time instead of cache. He refused.
-We asked him to show at least one working example in the web, he sent a forum post where someone wanted to do the same thing but the buyer is not even aware that it is agreed there that it is not doable.
-He told us that he has the working code & will show it us soon but doesn't reappear for the next 2 days.

Incomplete Report:
For a almost 2 weeks instead of promised 10 days I cannot get a working sample of application.
» MuktoSoftware's reply: An unacceptable feedback from a very incompetent buyer who could not manage to test an application properly which has been tested to run perfectly on a number of handsets in our side. Thanks to GAF arbitrators for testing all the evidences and deciding that the project had been completed perfectly.
