Incomplete Report: this person, unfortunately refused to read the initial instructions. and refused to cooperate. we gave him the guidelines, and he did something else, with his own guidelines.
 » vectorsites's reply: Confused and with really low IQ, no idea about communications and more ... low understanding of the meaning of words in his native language (and he is american ... JESUS!). He used third party workers to explain a project he posted with wrong requirements from the start. You do not wish to work with him.
