 » melak01's reply: I am very disappointed that work can be reported incomplete before the bid time is passed. This project was awarded on the 15th and on the 16th it's reported incomplete. The work was requested in 24 hours it has not even been 24 hours yet. It makes it difficult for providers in different timezones. I indicated 3 days turnaround, nothing different was discussed before accepting my bid, funds were not escrowed and I did in fact communicate with the buyer directly.
