Comments: Good and very fast designer, given me first muck up in 1 hour, did not mind me asking for modifications twice, he was working till 2 am his time, did not ask for advance payments not even escrow , did the work and delievered it without asking anything except about the work, what else someone want??  » anuwebsitedesign's reply: Generally it happens when U R not paying upfront. When Monday end (GMT+5:30) is the delivery date, How can he remark the project incomplete in Sunday? Surprising! Always will prefer to work with someone understands good english, not like you, friend.

Incomplete Report: Hello. After a reasonable amount of time given anutewebdesign to respond to my emails, I believe it is no longer possible for him to start this project. He continues to ignore my emails. I can only give him the lowest of ratings if that will apply. - I would like to repost this project BUT I have to make a few edits to my post. - I would like to revert my funds back from escrow.  » anuwebsitedesign's reply: Sorry! Not able to complete the project. As i know we need some responsibility to complete a project. But Webmarketstrat don't want to come to us directly which is very difficult to continue a project. He always answering my question via PM. i sent to many mail but he did not care it and again and again he giving us wrong information as like ftp user and password. As an honest firm, i refunded the escrowed bucks. And i did not want to continue this project without good communication.

 » anuwebsitedesign's reply: Sorry! Not able to complete the project as he wanted the site valid w3c XHTML 1.0 Strict. The 5% validation issue only was pending of tag link format. It is like - (http://klantenservice.parfumerie.nl/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=view&parentcategoryid=18&pcid=0&nav=0), and some javascript tag problem. As an honest firm We both discussed the issue, agreed to select another provider, refunded the escrowed bucks. Thanks Hugo for easy understanding and co-operating.

Comments: We're approximately 95 % completion on this first project with Anupam. Given this is our first transaction, we had our own reservation about their firm's capability and deliverable. Of course, we feel incline not to give top rating since there's always room for improvement. There were some hiccups & situational delay (extended holiday in their area). Hoped it wasn't a reflection of the average work manner. Toward the end of the project, Anupam put in extra effort to make up for the delay and he was available at extended hours to implement the project as seamless as possible. His patience was like cherry on top apple pie a la mode. All in all, Anupam was pleasant to work with and will be able to deliver. We[ve already cooperate on other projects while this first project was still in progress. My honest recommend is that they invest a little more in project management so they can achieve optimal efficiency and increase business volumn at the same time.
