Incomplete Report: bdoutsource begged me for the job. 6 days not completed as promised. Lack of contact. Cheap providers like this are not worth it. Totally unprofessonal and waste of time (and money).
 » bdoutsource's reply: I never begged him as always i have enough job to do. He is nice person but lied with this word what he didn't need at all.I inform him about my incapability though he waste his time and money in his own way. Service provider can work for him, he is good enough.

Incomplete Report: Provider has not delivered and failed to meet his own self-imposed deadlines. After I sent him all the material, he reviewed it and said all reports would be done by 16 Sept. When nothing arrived on the 16th, I asked him when they would arrive and he said he would start sending me 20 reports a day from the next day, the 17th. A few days later, still nothing. I asked him again and he said he was having difficulties and gave me a new, firm deadline: 27 September. That deadline has come and gone and still nothing. He is also no longer responding to my attempts to contact him. In the past three weeks I have not seen a single scrap of finished work from him. I thus conclude he is unable or unwilling to finish the job and am reporting it as failed.

I simply took my responsibility. i told him again again to make escrow, but he didnt make, so i never start his project.But this man is real freak, he first told me that only search code, when i go for work, than he asked for more and more work and blackmailing to make report if i dont do all his work. He took his advantage of his position.If he made escrow than nothing happened like this. cause his intention was not paying. So blacklisted need to be him.
