Looks like he does this every once in a while... take on too many jobs, ignore the least profitable and keeps the money. He refunded small partial but after that nothing. I lost a few months of time and some money. Getting a bad taste for GAF...

Comments: Rodrigo seemed like a good choice given all the good reviews. He bid on my project and accepted half the payment through paypal and then proceeded to delay day after day, week after week and month after month. Turns out he didn't know how to do what he said he could. He took my money and delivered nothing. I paid with paypal because my check didn't process with getafreelancer quick enough... big mistake! 7 months later he still hasn't given my money back... the guy makes promises and doesn't keep them. DONT USE THIS FREELANCER
