Comments: From my side the project is still incomplete, a important function of the program is still pending, howsoever the programmer as provided the source code, i have to look upon the same once again to make my product to launch. Hence i shall not be able to provide any review on this project now.
 » ltcandrew's reply: Buyer changed requirements multiple times and was difficult to communicate with. Unfortunate situation that could have been avoided by being fully honest and upfront from the outset of the project on the buyers part. Project was completed to spec of original requirements, earlier than required. About payments, I absolutely requested escrow payment after requirements changed, it was the only way to ensure payment would be made. Could have been a better project with open communication about the requirements on the buyers behalf; providers urged to avoid this buyer.

Comments: ltcandrew is a very nice person to work with. He makes sure to get all of the project details before starting the project, and offered me a rough draft in case I needed any revisions. He is very polite, replies promptly, does thorough research, and has very effective content writing skills. Would surely use this provider again in the future.
