Comments: VERY POOR COMMUNICATOR. This user requires some form of prepayment, but doesn't deliver. I have yet to receive communications from this party other than short, one word e-mails. Deposit paid, but haven't heard from since. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend Infogatesoftware for any project as I have yet to see evidence of professionalism. Where's the project? I'll look for someone else and request our money back.... look elsewhere.

Comments: DO NOT USE THEM. These guys sold me copyrighted material. they tell you they did it which is not true. they stole the images, clipart and other parts of what they sold me. We were sued for what this company did. Because they are in India, there is not anything we can do but i would strongly suggest that you do not deal with them at all. They originally said they would complete my site in 7 days. It took 4 months and then I find out most of the work had been stolen.

We told him, that we are doing coding and not making images. He was happy, He released the escrow, I have all his messages and e-mails, the suddenly he blamed me for making a copy. We made it in PHP, while the other application was on ASP, do you think it can be copied? Its two completely different platforms.

Comments: I have the utmost gratitude for a job well done. This feedback is very late and I regret that. I only hope that those who take the time to read it, will strongly consider infogatesoftware for their project. Work is done in a timely manner and check-in's at critical stages are consistent, thorough and ... I have to say that they are very patient. Thanks!

Comments: He took our money and ran. We receievd no communication, no update, no replies to our email. I think this guy runs around Calcutta on a motor cycle and ducks in an out of internet booths. It is a great way to earn a living for some. I warned provided against adverse feedback twice, but he was indifferent. I do not beleive this is an ISO 9001 company as advertised. Always use an escrow. Paypal gives them the money too quick.

Comments: I have worked with companies all across the world, and I must admit that Infogatesoftware is one of the best and most helpful that I have dealt with. They took our project on a Saturday and we were on a very strict deadline, and had it finished in record time. I highly recommend using them. I know I will be using them from now on in the future.
