Comments: Because a rating of 5 = Acceptable, I am reluctantly rating this job a 4. This project did not go well. SnowWolf was hired to make modifications to a script & get it installed & working on my site. He made the modifications, but did not get it working on the site the way we discussed prior. I had to hire another freelancer to complete the job. Pluses: Responds very fast to emails. Probably has adequate technical skills. Negatives: Poor communication. Emails were rarely responded to with more than a sentence or 2. Even though he looked at the script prior to accepting the job, SnowWolf told me I needed to pay him a bonus because the work was harder than he though it would be. If you are technical & can communicate what you want simply & precisely, I believe SnowWolf could do a good job for you. If you are not technical & are looking for someone who can discuss your situation & let you know what your options are, you should probably look elsewhere.
 » snowwolf's reply: this is a repost project beacuse you didnt get a satisfied quote.so u try to tell me its very very easy and let me reduce my quote.and then i find the job is not so easy as you said of couse i ask you pay some bonus since the project is accepted.as bonus its can be any money you want to pay.one hand you want a good quick job also guide after the project done.i reply your questions patiently and quickly very time after the project finished,its aways break my current job.but i did it for you.each one there have a different hour rate.if you think my rate is too high you can chose others.the problem is you want to get a lower quote and then try to explain it more and more easy also said some you will do yourself but need guide.but after the project finihsed you cant customize it beacuse you are beginner and then you find a coder to customize it for a very lower quote.in fact,its very easy to customize it but you dint know.just need change the config and some css.

 » snowwolf's reply: this is the first faker i met here. i bid on this project https://www.getafreelancer.com/projects/471340.html and won also finished it perfect(as the client said).the problem is the man globalgsi used escrow but he said aready released.he siad its show pending but i didnt get the money in my account .we agreed this project at 200$,he also said sent money to GAF,GAF told him there have a problem with your payment system and reback his 200$.he said he can pay me via paypal but paypal also have problem,so i need wait and wait.and now this person disappear for half a month and ignore my email and message. i used gaf disputes ,but today i find he make the project incomplete and said "Not completed properly" .
