Comments: What a pleasure working with GWS! Gayatri is TOP NOTCH as a project manager. Her thoroughness and determination to understand every aspect of my complex assignment was incredibly impressive, and her team never tires - they work until your expectations are exceeded. Incomplete Report: Gayatri was running slightly behind schedule when she fell sick. After becoming sick she was not available for contact for over a month and upon returning she did not meet any of the deadlines we set and eventually I had to cancel the project and repost for another provider.
 » gws's reply: Hello Alex, I am sure you got angry for what you received by my side but if you acknowledge i was performing good on the project. It was surely not a very small site as staged. Infact i even made a mistake of not asking for psd before. I hope we will correct this trouble later in future if given chance. I honestly cancelled the escrow as if i didnt worked out anything then i dont deserve to be paid.

We communicated effectively through IM Skype and Email daily and adjustments and changes were handled within the business day. Comments: I was concerned initial about outsourcing such a complicated website redesign as there were many difficult areas to tackle. Gayatriwebsolutions has been first class all the way and been able to achieve all my expectations. They were prepared to push the boat out and spend a considereable amount of time solving issues and changes during our website rebuild. If you require a excellent development team who have a considerable amount of skill and knowledge, then I would look no further ! (Even if the project is a small eccommerce website or large database driven monster)

Comments: She does nice work but never quite gets the job done in one session. In the middle of edits, she'll suddenly drop off and disappear and resurfaces a few days later to make a few more edits. She was patient with my edits...I'll give her that. I've asked for final edits to be done and she changed my home page on the last edit to an older version. Still not corrected. I have asked for the icon artwork that was done for the site and haven't received any response after 4 days. Here's one of the pages that is still left undone after 3 requests throughout the project to have it corrected http://tomasandassociates.com/demo.html Like I said, nice lady, descent work but incomplete job and laborious effort to have edits made and done correctly. Don't mean to slam her because she is VERY pleasant but things are ridiculous at this point and I have paid her in full trusting that she'd complete her work.
